I. New Threads
Step 1: Find the appropriate category that you wish to create your new topic in. For our example, we'll be starting a topic in the General Chat section. Click on the section name, in this case, it's General Chat

Step 2: Click the New Topic button on the upper left

Step 3: Enter a title in the line that says "Subject" then enter your message in the big box. When done, hit send.

Step 4: At the main page, your new topic will appear

Step 5: Kablam! People can now reply to your topic.

II. Posting a reply
Step 1: If you a see the topic you want to reply to on the main page, just click on it. If you don't see a topic you like skip to step 1.5: 
Step 1.5: so you couldn't find the topic you wanted to reply to. Click on the category name to list all the topics made on that specific section:  It should show up like this. Click on the topic you wish to reply to or read: 
Step 2: On the top of the page and the bottom, there is a "Post reply" button. Click it. 
Step 3: Type into the box. When done, hit send. Or preview to see what your post will look like.
